The only glitch was the web site, it is a bit slow, however, on the plus side as I was ordering over 50 different threads it slowed me down and made me sure of what I was ordering.

I am glad I found KatZ as the prices are great for my Anchor threads and it's great to have postage charged by normal means and not just set at a high rate like another site is. I now know I can order one thread and it won't cost me over £3!! Fast delivery as well. Thank you.

Delivery was only 2 days after the order which is excellent for 2nd class. Items received were better quality than I’ve had from elsewhere (perforated cross stitch paper), thicker so it doesn’t tear when using 3 strands of embroidery thread.

Really pleased with DMC Coloris offer with free chart booklet. There was only a slight delay in delivery due to demand, but I was sent an e-mail explaining this. I was really impressed with the packing. Sending chart book in plastic bag inside cardboard envelope with Please do not bend. I bought the Christmas pack & chart book for myself, the home for my daughter. She is thrilled as I am with the Coloris threads. On my recommendation my step mother ordered the Flower set. I have now ordered another Christmas set for my friend who lives in Canada. I will use this company again. Very pleased.
