Q: How do I create an account?
A: You create your account as part of your first purchase. Having bought the items you require, click on the View Cart button in the Shopping Cart section (top R/H corner of the screen). On the Your Shopping Cart page, select a delivery method and then click Checkout. On the Checkout page, proceed as directed to either log in to your account at the Are you an existing customer? Click here to login. prompt or see the Registration (Optional) section to create a new account.

Q: What are the benefits of creating an account?
A: If you create an account on our website you will be able to track the progress of your order, view historical order details and earn loyalty points to redeem on future orders.
Q: How are delivery costs calculated?
A: Delivery (P&P) costs are based on the actual weight cost of the products purchased (plus packaging) for the chosen delivery method, VAT (@ 20%) is also included for UK and EC orders, click here for details. A small amount is also charged for packaging. Respectfully, envelopes, jiffy bags, mailing bags, cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and packing tape do cost.
Q: Why are some delivery costs so high?
A: UK delivery (P&P) costs over 250g are based on Royal Mail's small parcel rates. However, some orders can be posted as large letters, which cost substantially less, click here for details. We always refund any P&P overpayments as soon as possible after dispatch. The cheapest delivery method is offered automatically at checkout (second class or myHermes). However, customers can easily change this to first class or Special Delivery on the 'Your Shopping Cart' screen.
Q: When do I have to pay for the myHermes Remote Area Delivery Surcharge?
A: The myHermes Remote Area Delivery Surcharge product (click here to buy) is required for delivery to post codes beginning HS, IM and ZE ONLY. We cannot currently offer delivery by myHermes to the Channel Islands.
