Our loyalty points programme offers 1 point for each pound spent (excluding P&P) on our website. Each point is worth £0.01 which can be redeemed against any future order once you have earned 100 points.
Periodically we may offer bonus loyalty points. For example; products worth a specfifc amount of points or time limited offers, e.g. 'double points this weekend'. Any such offers will be displayed on this page.
To take advantage of our loyalty points programme, all you need do is to create an account on our website and place all future orders using this account. Paying by PayPal Express (clicking the 'Check out with PayPal' button on the 'Your Shopping Cart' page) doesn't create an account and you won't earn any loyalty points. However, with an account you can still pay by PayPal.
If you have previously placed orders and paid by PayPal Express without an account you should contact us once you have placed your first account order and we'll transfer any unused loyalty points to your new account.
